Quilt tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5
Loose Thread Quilters members, Wilma Dailey and Vonna Cole proudly display the completed queen sized 'Dresden Plate Sampler' quilt that will be raffled off at the Old Timer's Days Festival on Sept. 18, 2016, 4:30 pm, following the grand parade at the closing of the festival.
Members of the Loose Thread Quilters generously donated their fabric, time and talents to make the individual blocks and Ann Taylor at the Quilt Barn donated the quilting. A big thank you from the Peebles Lions Club and Old Timers Days Festival committee for your hard work.
Tickets are on sale now $1 each or six for $5 and will be available during festival hours daily. The drawing will follow the grand parade on last day of the festival at the Lions booth. You do not need to be present to win.
Two winners: His or Her Gun
Gun tickets are $5 a ticket. The drawing for gun is held following the grand parade at the Lions booth. You do not need to be present to win; however, two winners will be drawn, first name gets choice of his or her gun and both winners must pass a background check before receiving the guns. Ruger hand guns were purchased from Thunder Ridge Gun Shop in Peebles, OH, and remain there throughout the festival.
